A Business Coach with over 30 years experience and a degree in Management. I have worked in Retail, Wholesale, Travel, Non-Profit, Software Development and Higher Education Environments. As a programmer, I developed; Financial (Budget, G/L, A/R, A/P), Inventory/Inventory Control, Sales, Point of Sale, Billing, and Manufacturing (Raw Materials, JIT, MRP, Capacity Planning) systems. I have been an IT Manager including managing Classroom environments for Oracle Internal Training in the US and Learning Labs in the Americas.
As an Office Manager and Director, I managed teams of developers, office staff, sales staff and IT personnel including systems administrators. Created Policies, Procedures, Workflows for the company down to the smallest how to, Operations and Employee Manuals, created internal and external documentation, maintained websites and blogs, created graphics and videos as marketing tools for prospective customers, employee and large group training, system/server security implementation, worked on the creation of R2:2013, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 procedures and documentation along with doing the training of new employees.
As a Coach/Consultant, I have worked with top management including; Owner, CEO, CFO, COO, President, and Managers. I support my current cliental and on any given day could be a: Coach, Consultant, Trainer, Website (WordPress) Implementation, Photographer, or Graphics Designer depending on where they are located I coach remote clients via Skype and Phone. I have recently implemented on-line training both live and recorded.
My personal passion is Photography and worked as a commercial photographer as a consultant. Published writer and photographer along with self publishing a photo book that donated to Non-profits for raffle prizes. My other passion is graphics, animation and video which I have done for over 20 years along with teaching graphics, animation, video, music making, Claymation, 3D and CAD.
