I have been married to Alan Biocca for 42 years and have a son Christopher 38 and daughter Jessica 32. I have lived in the bay area for 41 years moving from Santa Rosa so Alan could attend Cal. I have been very blessed to be a stay at home mom most of my married life which has been wonderful. I did work retail off and on to earn my 40 quarters required for Social Security finally completing that in October of 2016 when I worked for 6 months at CVS in Moraga. I did return to Santa Rosa Junior College and completed my Certificate in Microsoft Office Suites which was fun and a little trying at times.
I was a jewelry consultant with Cookie Lee Jewelry for 10 years when it was sold 2014 and became ViVI Jewelry. March of 2016 marked my 12th year with the company. Then in July 2016 I was informed that ViVI was closing its door and filed Chapter 7. I was heart broken because I did enjoy what I was doing. Little did I know that my greatest joy still awaited me. In August of 2016 one of my very dear friends and fellow Cookie Lee / ViVI sisters told me about Premier Designs, Inc. I signed up on August 14, 2016 and have been in love with the company, the jewelry and the people. It has blessed my family in ways I never thought it would. This past March I celebrated 13 years in changing women’s lives with jewelry and a great business opportunity.
In August 2017 Alan and I will be celebrating 43 years of marriage and I could not be happier. I am looking forward to the next 20 or 30 years with this wonderful man and my wonderful adult children.

Lisa Bruce began her career in the beauty industry in 1982 with a commitment to helping people feel better about themselves and look their best. Her talent as a fine artist, proficiency in electrology and training and demonstrated expertise in cosmetic tattooing, has made her one of the top permanent make-up artists in the San Francisco Bay Area.
With her extensive experience and attention to detail, plastic surgeons, ophthalmologists and dermatologists trust their patients to Lisa. Her skill in cosmetic tattooing includes working with breast cancer patients and burn survivors; minimizing scars from accidents and birth defects; and other corrective work along with eyebrows, eyeliner and full lip color.

She is past-president of the Society of Permanent Cosmetic Professionals and helped edit the National Environmental Health Association and county recommendations for sanitation and sterilization for the tattoo industry. When not seeing clients, Lisa is passionate about painting and is currently focusing on botanical watercolors. Her art has been shown all over the San Francisco Bay Area and at the Victoria & Albert Museum in London. She is on the board of the Berkeley City Club Conservancy, an architectural preservation foundation to preserve this Julia Morgan landmark.
